One of the most amazing experiences you can imagine is being a volunteer with The First Tee of Monterey County. If you would like a life changing experience join our team of extraordinary volunteers. You don't have to know anything about golf...you just need to be willing to step forward as a role model.

Are you a CSUMB or college student and you don't know where to spend your service learning hours? The First Tee of Monterey County is the place to enjoy those hours and gain valuable internship experience.

The Golf and Life Skills Coach is responsible for role modeling, guiding, and coaching young people to become responsible future citizens and committed, active golfers by positively impacting their lives through The First Tee Golf and Life Skills Experience using lesson plans and The First Tee Coach Building Blocks.

The First Tee of Monterey County welcomes local high school students to help provide an educational and life-changing experience for our local youth.

Active members of The First Tee Monterey County have the opportunity to become a Junior Coach and give back to the program.
